The grilled meat was cooked over wood charcoal, resulting in a partly juicy, partly hard texture with a very salty marinade. It cost $10.20 for half a portion, with the burgers priced the same and appearing to be on the smaller side. The cashiers were rude and disorganized, but the kitchen staff seemed more competent.

Today was a special day for us, so instead of cooking, we decided to buy a cooked chicken and vegetables for the kids to have when they got back from school. However, when I opened the package, I was shocked to see that the chicken was completely burnt and there was very little meat left. I called the restaurant immediately and they told me to return it for a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back right away as my husband was not home and I had the kids with me. When my husband finally went back to the restaurant to return the food, he was met with terrible customer service. The manager accused him of lying and refused to refund the full amount, only offering to refund the chicken and not the vegetables. This was unacceptable as we had bought them together for a complete meal. I called again later and the person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have never had a problem with this restaurant before, but this experience was terrible. I hope no one else has to deal with such poor service from this restaurant, especially from the manager named Jac.

This quickly became my children's favorite restaurant after a morning at the beach. We ordered 2 whole chickens and a large box of chips for the 6 of us, and there was plenty of food left over. I enjoyed the flavorful fillings and the generously sized portion of chips, although they were a bit soggy. The walk back home took only 10 minutes, and overall, we loved the experience. We also used the restaurant for catering, and the quality was consistently great. Thank you.
