Such a great place , Karoeke Wednesday's are so much fun !!

Dough is an assessment as the place seems temporary until they open a complete restaurant. The dishes and drinks were very good and friendly and attentive. Unfortunately it was very cold and the prices seemed a little steep to be in the basement. $16 small martinis

The main restaurant is not yet open, but there is a cozy bar in the basement. Surprising of the quality of food and impresses with wine and cocktails. Will definitely return and look forward to the restaurant start!

Love the new recently renovated rat cellar. Still has this cozy feeling, but much more updated and no longer feels like Grandma Keller. Fantastic drinks/food, great music and a wonderful owner. Very recommended The Rat The National Hotel!

You do not see reviews before okt 2022, they do not reflect the new direction. the rat was raised, $9 designs beers, $17 cocktails, expensive food. 2 cocktails, 1 gin n tonic and one side of frits was $65 in front of top. 1 beer and 1 cocktail was $28 before tip. fake walls, fake plants, bar is half the size. a great homey spot for the locals was re-tered. bartender matt is a treasure,
