Starbucks Coffee - Fremont

I've been visiting this Starbucks since my usual location closed due to the pandemic. The place is clean, and they have clear markings for social distancing. Mobile orders are prepared quickly, and if you order in person, the line tends to move efficiently. It’s also a great option if the drive-thru at Auto Mall is crowded.

I can't believe they can't get an order right, no matter what. I asked for no ice twice, and they still messed it up. They also seem confused about what a "splash" of half and half means. This has happened to me a couple of times now. It's frustrating—just listen to the customer!

I went to get coffee this morning just after 6 AM. I received a freshly brewed cup, which I had actually waited for. Unfortunately, the coffee was barely warm. When I mentioned this to the barista, she asked her colleague what happened. They offered me another Pike brew, but it was only slightly warmer. This is the second time in a month that I've encountered cold coffee here, and the staff seems to have no idea what's going on. It looked like all the orders this morning were served lukewarm. I would recommend avoiding this location and spending your money at a different Starbucks instead.

Great place just like them all would have given em 5 stars but they had a bit of an unclean outdoor sitting area that was uninviting and had a bit of a people sleep there overnight) kinda vibe.

My experience was amazing, the baristas that helped me out was Michael and Jay what I appreciated most about my visit was that they took their time to make my drink right, and to get to know me
