Soo Ja Fusion Bistro - Fremont

I’m a fan of chicken gizzards, and the ones I had here were pretty good, probably made with mozzarella cheese. They were tender but lacked any distinctive flavor, which was a bit of a letdown. One major drawback was the portion size of the gizzards – there were only about two ounces, and the rest of the dish was mostly tofu, which really affected my overall experience. In conclusion, it's not a bad option for late-night dining, but I would recommend steering clear of the soups and focusing on the meat dishes if you're really craving something hearty.

I can't believe they're open daily until 1 AM! The waiter was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and relaxed. It was also very clean, and they played great music. I usually don't order fried rice because it often tastes bland and overcooked, but I'm so glad we decided to try it this time—oh my gosh, it was the best I've ever had! It was incredibly flavorful! We added chicken, and it was surprisingly juicy, not dry like I expected. The wings were good; the spicy wings definitely had a kick that I felt, but for those who enjoy spicy food, it might not be too intense, lol. The garlic soy sauce was tasty too, but I just can't get over how amazing the fried rice was for me! I've been here before, and their spicy tuna chembap was also delicious. I'm sure I'll be back to try more of their dishes!

I recently visited this restaurant, and the food was excellent while the service was outstanding, especially from the two young staff members at the front (I wish we had caught their names). However, at the end of our meal, when we were ready to pay, the staff realized they had forgotten to bring out one of our ordered items. They offered us the choice of a refund or the missing dish. Suddenly, we noticed some ladies in the back shouting at the two front staff members. While I don’t want to make a big deal out of it, it felt rude and was clearly just a mistake. Overall, the employees were nice, and I hope this doesn’t detract from the experience. I would still rate them highly.

They served us shrimp that hadn’t been deveined or cleaned!! Other than that, the food was not bad.
