Sojo Ramen - Fremont

So far this is one of my favorite spots. I have tried a few different Ramens but my favorite is the Butter Miso. It is so flavorful. The broth is rich and not too oily and they give you a ton of noodles and a good helping of soup too! Definitely give it a try!

Honestly I always order more food from here than I should but the Minced Chashu Bowl is so bomb that its a must-have each time I order from here. Portion of it is decent for its price compared to other places. The Butter Miso Ramen has been my go-to lately too and I love to add all their spicy add-ons to it when Im in the mood. Their marinated eggs are on point so dont pass on those either. I also love their Mala Shio ramen if youre really into spicy stuff.

I ordered three ramen dishes, and they were all overly salty. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu lacked any garlic flavor, and the saltiness made it taste bitter. The portion sizes were decent for the price, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for an authentic ramen experience.

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Steamed White Rice for delivery. The ramen came with the noodles, toppings, and broth packed separately, allowing me to customize it to my liking. The noodles were delicious, although I found the portion a bit small for my appetite. The rice had a few seeds mixed in, which added a nice texture. I also poured some of the broth over the rice, and it tasted amazing! Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Consistently great food at a reasonable price! The ramen here is the best in Fremont, and we absolutely love it!
