I don’t know if it’s my tastebuds or not but I used to love going to the Outback. Then their food started to decline. Their filets were over-seasoned and their food borderlined what tasted like fast-food. We elected to go again last night because my son was craving ribs and omg the food was amazing!!! My streak was perfect, the salmon with the bacon/bourbon was excellent and the Mac n cheese was really good. First the first time in years the food was absolutely excellent!! Service has been good in the past but was awesome last night. We were really impressed. I’m not sure what changed but if our observations are correct and something did, it literally was SO much better!! Thanks, Outback! Keep it up.

Took advantage of their Valentines special on Saturday. Even though they were slammed the bar food service was well coordinated and flawless. Everyone on staff had each other's backs which made service go smoothly. As always, our food was served promptly and was delicious. Kudos to everyone for making our evening so enjoyable.
