Food is excellent and significant portions compared to Illinois.Prices are also reasonable, I would say near the river and campgrounds in the restaurant's back.

Absolutely wonderful place! Food was outstanding. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium, twice baked potatoes was heavenly. My dad got the prime rib, he said it was the best prime rib he ever had. Shoutout to Stormy for amazing service! ? will definitely be back.

Definitely not the same quality as it was a few years ago... Chicken was dry, ham was fat, banana cream bee had no real bananas it was rough). Even as always, if someone in your party does not show that they do not disturb you to count and still change for 7 when you show up with 6 has been a problem for years) Also they had not much food and definitely not worth $18 per person. I'm not a big guy 140lbs) and don't eat much... and I'm still hungry.

There were 4 of us. We had the Saturday evening special of Tenderloin and Shrimp. The shrimps were over boiled and the steaks had no taste and were all boiled incorrectly. The dining room is large, but they sat 5 tables all in a small group of each other. Very close to 3 ft of other tables. The salad dresses were all like vinegar. There was a very intimidating and rather rude elderly lady who looked over the shoulder all the time. She was very defensive and out of plaster. Would not recommend at all
