At my favorite place with organic (100% and certified, friendly, fair, regional, good, also vegan and by the buffet concept with a variety of ways to combine something to your own taste, hunger and other preferences. And yes, who places the priority on anyway, can also organic vegan / vegetarian tasty with relatively little money in this beautiful place without problems (e.g. a daily dish for 9,80Euro, which is placed at the checkout after the order. Like the daily meal (a vegan also the friteurs in their way from crispy and granular to soft and juicy... The (naturally also organic vegan cakes/pies are usually in a good value for money (compared to offers in the area. And also some of the non- vegan meals are (up to traces? partially lactose-free). A big compliment to the in-house confectioner! <3 Who, of course, on buffet, organic (certified) and location(! is of course not exactly here (and should be included in an assessment fair way, because that would be like going into a musical and after that it would be bad to evaluate because so much has been sung... ( Otherwise the kitchen is asked.

I'm such an ally, the vegetarian goes delicious too! A very nice crew, super food for (pure organic! acceptable prices. The daily meals I was able to test so far are varied and very tasty by the bank! The salads are the right hit, here I just want to encourage a noble house cookbook....

What a beautiful place filled with delicious dishes, well maintained and lovingly designed! After 30 years of absence, I moved back to Freiburg, to the place of my study period, and was sad that there was no more salad garden. But the more cheerful to have found the noble house, with the same variety, freshness, tasty and organic and vegetarian/vegan! Also in one of the most beautiful places in the city centre, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, but completely quiet and idyllic. I will be a regular guest!
