I had black filet medaillons with late zle and champignon cream sauce to 15.90 eur. the price sounds quite high on the first look, but where do they get such a court cheaper? and you need to remember that we are in the middle of the free castle! also it was delicious, I would eat it again and recommend it. my partner had the huge carving with pommes and ketchup around 12.90 eur. the carving weighs 250 g after the card and I still wonder how he could do that. that was a monster carving. only suitable for large cerebell with large appetit. but it has cost: my mother had chosen from the map of the week: Swedish with late zle for 8.50 eur. for me, it sounded too twisted because they only know chicken freezers, but she tried and found it well. I personally found the soße too hard-wearing, but this is now part of the right brewhouse culture. my 11-year-old brother had simply taken pommes with ketchup for 3,30 eur and otherwise fed by the other teller. the dishes are already prepared here because of the many guests who are sleeping through every day and need to be fried only exhausted or warm pots. still it tastes fresh as it seems not bought ready, but is simply prepared in large quantities. the environment of the environment corresponds to a restaurant with brewhouse culture. very nice: large open kitchen area. they can observe the chefs at work. in the back area of the restaurant are also brewing boilers. that's probably what no one saw. in general, it is almost a large hall that is divided into different stationary stations and thus becomes more convenient. cleanliness a point to go here as the Maritin brown has no own toilets, but shares it with the market room.
