Dunkin' - Freeport

Ordered an iced hazelnut latte. got it hot and with sugar free hazelnut when I didn?t ask for it. ordered an iced matcha latte and it had espresso in it?

10 minutes and still waiting on a mobile order. I never have a good experience here. There was no one in line or in the drive through ahead of me. Had to ask me 3 times my name and what I ordered...think I'm giving up on this place.

The people are nice, but they always run sooooo slow. The drive thru can take over 25 minutes.

Sat for 20mins at the drive thru microphone before anyone answered horribly slow service people constantly pulling out and leaving food and drink were alright

This Dunkin? is always quick and friendly. Pick up orders are correct and even when the line is long they chug along to get you in and out. I haven?t had a bad experience.
