The Cheesecake Factory - Freehold

I walked in and was greeted with warm, friendly smiles right away. I was offered a seat immediately. My server, Conner, quickly acknowledged me, along with Cara, and they had no issue with my request for just juice and seltzer. Working together as a team, they provided outstanding service. My entree was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures! The meat was cooked to perfection, the macaroni and cheese was creamy, and the spinach was fresh with a light seasoning. The portion sizes were just right. The plating and presentation, along with the quality of flavors, shone through in every bite. And the best part? The cheesecake! I will definitely be coming back. We had a really nice meal Friday night. Our server was excellent. He doted on us but did not. Smother. He made sure to put in our meal separately from her appetizers that we would have some opportunity to eat the appetizer first before all of our foodcame out. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Nice place! The avocado egg rolls were awesome, never had anything like that before. All the food tasted great and the portions were great for the prices. The service was top notch. Every additional request we made, they got to us in less than a minute.Also, it?s a nice area outside for sitting especially during a summer day.

The Cheesecake Factory is a fantastic restaurant that stands out for its excellent service. Even when mistakes happen, they recover quickly. For instance, during a recent dinner with friends, one of our chicken dishes arrived overcooked and tough. We brought it to the waiter's attention, and she promptly consulted her manager to rectify the issue, which they did swiftly. The convenience of paying via a QR code link also makes things easier. Plus, the restaurant shares a parking lot with Freehold Mall, which is a bonus.

EJ was not only friendly but also exceptionally polished and professional, proactively anticipating our every need. The food was delicious, but it was EJ’s outstanding level of customer service that truly made the experience remarkable. He impressed us so much that everyone at the table commented on how great he was. Whether it was due to his training or just his innate talent, he made our experience wonderful. I even took a picture of how he presented the dessert menu after our meal. Each menu was turned to the right page and presented perfectly. As for the food, everything was served quickly and prepared to our specifications. The filet mignon, ordered medium rare, was cooked to perfection. Overall, it was an unexpectedly incredible experience.
