A television in the dining area was blaring a Russian hockey game, but when I requested it, our server promptly asked the manager to turn it off. Occasionally, I could hear music from the Freehold Music Center next door, but despite these distractions, the food was outstanding! The Greek salad was fresh and flavorful, more than enough for two people. The lamb kabob, roasted in the oven with potatoes, still has my mouth watering just thinking about it; it was perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I’m looking forward to returning to sample their soups and desserts.
This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and we were very satisfied with our experience. As someone who was born and raised in Uzbekistan, I can confirm that the food is genuinely authentic. We also greatly appreciated the performance by the live singer.
This restaurant provides an amazing and genuine experience, showcasing a delightful mix of hearty Russian, Southeast Asian, and traditional Uzbek dishes. It's an ideal choice for anyone looking for unique, home-cooked style cuisine. The owners clearly invest a lot of passion into the establishment, resulting in a fantastic place for satisfying and flavorful meals. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!
