Yum. We usually catch the truck at local street fairs or at the Marriott in Teaneck. Today at Hasbrouck Heights Street Fair. Too hot for soup.

Thursday nights are our new favorite! Cousins Maine Lobster Truck at the Jackson Outlets has a variety of lobster dishes that are all too good to choose from.

Delish! Pricey as expected these days and smaller than I/we would like lobster rolls as my 14 year son can easily eat 2 with the amazing lobster bisque soup.

I went here once with my boyfriend during the summer. Unfortunately we tried to go back last month but to come and find out the place was closed and for reservations of events. I give four stars because google mislead us to thinking it was open.

Love the lobster tail and tots! Busy food truck event at Laurita winery, with a long line but servers kept the line moving quickly and were very friendly.
