Safeway Deli - Freedom

The Safeway at this location is of a decent size. They offer a wide variety of locally sourced products, including my favorite Watsonville sourdough bread from Sumano's Bakery. Additionally, they have a great selection of bulk items.

The restaurant is kept clean and the staff is friendly. It follows COVID safety guidelines and is well-stocked with fresh fruits, veggies, meats, and fish. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely adore the freshly made soups at this restaurant. I always purchase four different types at once, portion them into individual containers, and then freeze them for those moments when I don't feel like cooking or can't decide what to eat.

I like the wine selection,. The sushi take out rolls good selection of hard liquor, and beer when they are on sale.

Do not come here late. They aren?t open past midnight.
