Always great food at a good value. Have been coming hear for take out for years. Paid for delivery, and the driver went the extra mile. Highly recommend!

I go to the one in mt airy all the time, not a single problem ever its great, I go to this one on frederick ? first I'm told in order for me to order ahead on the app or the phone I HAVE to prepay or I have to order in store..... I'm picking it up mind u. Then completely ignored by the employee wearing airpods then he won't take them out just keeps yelling what? Because he can't hear! all of this and the prices are much higher like $5 more a pizza than the other 2 vocelli I go to. All for over cooked, under topped, burnt pizza. never again, I'll stick to mt airy westminster

Ordered two large pizzas and they accidentally messed up the crusts. No big deal, went back to get a refund and was told I could only get a credit and that they don’t do refunds. After letting the employee know that I didn’t want a credit and would like a refund, she said she’d have to contact her general manager.She said I could come back the next day and have the GM issue a refund, but upon returning the next day to resolve the issue I was told by the manager that he didn’t know why she said that since only the owner can issue a refund. The GM took down my phone number and told me the owner would get in touch with me this afternoon to get the problem resolved.Have yet to hear from the owner and seems like the store employees just keep sending me in circles….I understand mistakes happen, but it’s pretty crazy that in 2023 I couldn’t just bring in my debit card to be issued a refund.Usually their food is great, but seems they have a problem making right on their mistakes.Edit: As of 10/21 it’s now been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any notice about when the owner will come in to issue a refund. I’m gonna give them 2 more weeks, then unfortunately it’ll have to go to small claims court. Absolutely ridiculous .

Waited over an hour for 1 normal cheese pizza. When it got here there was no knock and no doorbell ring. And they also have automated texts and I didn’t get on of those either. $27 between pizza and tip and I didn’t get my pizza for 90 minutes and it was cold. Incredibly disappointing
