Og Pizzeria La Familia - Frederikshavn

Okay food, but the service could have been warmer, friendlier and more attentive. One waitress seemed annoyed for no other apparent reason than a slight language barrier. We were a group of eight who had made reservations beforehand but were placed right by the main entrance which was drafty and noisy even though there were plenty of other better seats when we arrived. We were not given the opportunity to switch seats when the matter was politely brought to the waitresses attention. Would probably have been a better experience on another night with different staff.

Ordered using the website provided, when they failed to fulfill the order they felt the right thing to do is blocking the costumer. Complete lack of costumer service and abrasive language instead of attempting to do something right. Be careful if you visit this establishment and stay away from the fresh salmon.

First eve in Skagen and for dinner this place was buzzing with people waiting for their orders. We ordered 3 pizzas that they brought out to us on the street after 20 min. All four of us enjoyed including some very kind words. Personally I thought the crust was beautiful but too hard and once the pies had cooled down a bit it all got a bit flat. Good but just pizza
