Ankerhus - Frederikshavn

The apartment was bright, clean and well maintained. The location in the center near the harbor is brilliant. Due to the traffic, it's not easy to get there by car, but the yard is spacious and secured for parking. The apartments are a bit noisy; a neighbor was annoying us all last night with Spanish guitar folklore. However, there is little the provider can do about it. The center and shopping opportunities as well as hiking and excursion destinations are easily accessible from Ankerhus Skagen.

The first impression was very good. The apartment was newly renovated and well equipped. Unfortunately, it stopped there. The apartment building is located at the end of the city where both the nightclub and the city's most popular cocktail bar are located. This means that there was a lot of noise more or less around the clock, even with the windows closed. The latter also led to high indoor temperatures. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning. I would also like to mention that the cleaning of the cocktail bar started at 06:30 every single morning, which led to further noise including the throwing of large amounts of glass right outside the bedroom window. In general, overflowing garbage containers also gave a very bad smell in the backyard and the apartment when airing. I would not recommend this place.

Very good apartment complex with nice newly renovated apartments. Own parking. Very clean and well maintained. Located right in the center of Skagen. Highly recommended....
