Tim Hortons - Fredericton

A few days ago, I went to Tim Hortons. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered a coffee with 2 milk and a Boston cream donut. The food was delicious! It was definitely worth the price.

Indulge in our delicious sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches served on an English muffin, accompanied by a side of crispy potatoes. The food area and bathrooms are immaculately clean, and the staff is efficiently friendly. This meal offers great value for the price.

We have dined at various Tim Hortons locations, but this particular one provided terrible service. Perhaps the staff were new, but the cashier consistently made pricing errors and did not know how to correct them. My soup did not come with the roll it was supposed to have. We overheard another customer complain about missing items in their sandwich. The staff at this location clearly need more training.

We visited some Tim Hortons during Canada. We were not disappointed. The opponent in this place was very helpful and friendly. When we couldn't find what we were looking for, he pointed out where we could find it... with a smile!... The hot chocolate is great, like the cookies! Very clean!

We ordered a number 1 and a soup, sounds easy enough right? Boy were we wrong, we ended up with a soup and a sandwich. When we questioned Courtney as to the rest of her meal she shouted we got what we ordered. Now all...ears are listening in the restaurant. She continued to be so rude the other patrons in the restaurant apologized for her actions profusely. We were not trying to get something for nothing just trying to get what we ordered. We asked for the manager and Kaycee was no help and told us there was nothing she could do. Once again the others eating in the restaurant felt our pain and also did not understand why the staff felt we needed to be yelled at. It's fast food people not a tough thing to get right.
