The people are kind, but how they serve confuses you because they just put out stuff, call the item, and then forget what said item was. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap. It was good! However I was confused if what they placed on the counter was my order because they didn't call it, and another woman came to ask if this wrap was a sausage egg wrap and the employee said I think it is. Thankfully the woman suspected it wasn't that and after a few minutes they realized it was my chicken wrap.
The worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Did mobile order and was waiting in queue, order was not on pickup station, when asked employee told me they don’t have caramel toffee topping and asked if want only caramel topping. I said okay and when given to me , there was no sugar I specially added it from app). I just didn’t drink that I threw it. And I also waited about 15 minutes in queue. Very disappointed. Never coming back here.??
The staff is friendly patient and great with customers.Very satisfied with the service!Couldn't stay to eat inside because it looks like a hang out place for loud misbehaving teenagers
Something is happening lately in most of Tim Hortons' branches in Freddy that I do not approve. I'm talking about the way they receive and process your order when you come indoors for a bite or a coffee. You are in the line taking , say, the fifth place. Now, the first person in the line is ordering his food and paying his dues. Since the cashier is the same person who brews his coffee , stuffing his sandwich and heating his dessert , the first customer in the line doesn't budge. He is asked to stay there, blocking the line, until the cashier/server prepared and served his order before inviting the next patient customer to place his order. Before your turn as the fifth in the line comes, you will be getting older. And if you are accompanied by your children, you'll have a hard time telling them to wait.I understand the wish of the business owners to economize , but this policy is frustrating.Once I read that , if a customer spent more than five waiting minutes in a fast food place, then the place is not considered offering a quality service.I'm I wrong?
I had breakfast at Tim Horton's and tried several things. The honey cruller was too sweet for my taste, but my husband liked it. I thought the chocolate glazed donut and fruit explosion muffin were both great.
