Subway - Fredericton

Today, on February 3, 2017, I visited Subway on Prospect Street in Fredericton. I ordered a melt with Monterey Jack cheese, but they mistakenly put cheddar on it instead. I also requested extra mayo and sweet onion sauce, but they failed to add any condiments, resulting in a very dry sandwich. Despite requesting for it not to be toasted, they still toasted it. I gave a generous tip thinking I would enjoy my meal upon reaching my destination, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I do not plan on eating at this Subway location again.

The chicken teriyaki sub on whole wheat with sweet onion sauce was delicious. Paired it up with tea and macadamia nut cookie. Would have preferred the oatmeal raisin cookie but they didn't have any . The macadamia nut had little flavour and wouldn't get it againQuick, friendly service

I find the buns are not as fresh and seem smaller.good buy for your money.lots of options.staff always friendly and helpful easily accessible cheryl

The menu board is unlit so the customer must know what they want already as it is too dark to read easily. Staff are willing to help , but this wrinkle in seeing the menu defeats the purpose of a drive-thru speeding up getting ones order. The food is regular Subway fare-not great but not bad.Asking for a gratuity seems a bit much. With the options out there in Drive-thrus they should try to make ordering easier.
