Papa John's - Fredericton

I absolutely adore the Works Pizza at this restaurant! It is my go-to spot in Fredericton for pizza. They often have great promotions, so be sure to check their website before placing an order.

I won a pizza party for 10 people during the summer of 2023 from a charity golf tournament. I just found the certificate that I thought I had lost, but unfortunately, it had a 3-month expiry date. When I called to redeem it, I was told they wouldn't honor it. I was shocked that they wouldn't accept it due to an expiry date. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I cancelled my order on Skip with an hour still left before closing. I am extremely upset because I am starving and have been driving all day from Quebec. I am not impressed with the terrible customer service from Papa John's. Thank you for the disappointment.

Even bad pizza is good pizza, but this wasn't great for $56 Pizzas. I ordered the works and the little amount of toppings that were on it were all in the center of the pizza. My wife tried the bbq chicken pizza, and in total we counted 10 little pieces of chicken on a 12 inch. Also they must have been running out of cheese as both pizzas were lacking. Over priced with very little pride in what they send out the door.

Pizza is great but every time I order the Gar parm wings, the sauce is everywhere BUT on the wings. I've only had decently packaged wings once in the last 10 orders so I think we're done ordering from here unfortunately.
