Diplomat Restaurant - Fredericton

On our first day in Fredericton my wife and I were invited to brunch at the diplomat and we would not have asked for a better welcome gift! Breakfast is just delicious! All employees were great at their jobs, treated us wonderfully and the prices were fair. It is not a secret why this is a classic and traditional place in Fredericton. We recommend it to everyone!!!

Great dinner. The number of awards on the wall is quite understandable after eating. Fantastic buffet. Service of Christina was Top Notch! Thank you. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent attentive service and the absolute best Chinese food we had for years. Breakfast is also wonderful.

Still my favorite restaurant in North American food style in the city. I usually get the combo #1, replace the almond type, for beef with broccoli, and an additional egg roll, as there is enough food to at least 2 meals. This time I kept the almond type ding and was reminded of how delicious it is! I also love her cantonese delight, and it's a danger to get the meal. I almost always add a dessert to the order when I see her dessert rack.

This restaurant has the BEST charbroiled steaks in the city...by far. Oh there are other places that serve steaks, even some that specialize in it, but none come close. The other item which is surprising for a Chinese restaurant is the Fish n Chips.. its HUGE and delicious. As far as their Chinese food, it is a few dollars more then most places but the portions are also plentiful and well worth it. The servers are also the most experienced in the city and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
