Warning you might get addicted to these grilled cheese sandwiches! They are now open in the northside market for the winter months. On the frex grounds In the food truck for the summer months. My personal favorite is the Jalapeño Popper grilled cheese. I also enjoy the turkey dinner grilled cheese. Go see Steve the mastermind behind all the cheesy creations and try for your self!!

I had the bacon cheddar sandwich with kettle chips and it was delicious! Service is fast and very friendly I have gone back and plan to go again.

This business is new to the Fredericton food scene, and they're bringing delicious, cheesy goodness to customers! The food truck moves around to events all over Fredericton (first heard about it at Ribfest), but parks in the Fredericton Exhibition grounds during the week. The sandwiches are so delicious! For veggie lovers, I recommend the "Roasted Reds" with peppers, tomato, pesto, and balsamic reduction. For meat lovers, the pulled pork is divine. All sandwiches come with perfectly seasoned kettle chips and tomato bisque for dipping! It's enough for two people to share if you're not very hungry. Can't wait to try everything on this menu!

This truck is the bomb! I've tried everything on the menu and there is no miss. Consistency and quality every time. A little too glutinous to eat more than once a week, but I await my weekly grilled cheese. Great folks and a good clean outfit. Recommend you seek them out and enjoy

The best grilled cheese i've ever had! "This might be cheesy" but we found this truck by mistake and it was by far, the best mistake in a long time!! The service was great, very cheery and enthusiastic! The guys were having fun with the customers...I recommend to anyone to go and rediscover grilled cheese!
