Sozial Haus - Fredericksburg

On Thursday at 11:30 for lunch. I went right in and had a delicious meal that made me happy dance in my chair. The chicken artichoke melt should die! Every bite was a taste! Just because I never had pickle soup, I ordered a cup. Very generous “Cup”! It is cream with potatoes, carrots and dill picks. Taste was decent, it was served lukewarm and could be a little “dicker” in my opinion. Wouldn't order it again, but hey, now I can say I had pickle soup! The salad selection here was top notch and I will definitely try one of the next times. Service was fast, but above all very friendly. Our server was Brian.

We stayed here after a half-day hike in Enchanted Rock. There was something for everyone. We ordered the Brat-Rind sandwich (what my husband said was the best he had), Gyro (what my son really enjoyed; his only suggestion is that the pickles on the outside, so it doesn't make the bread soggy), Caesar Salat (my daughter really enjoyed it), and the black bean and chicken soup that was fantastic and hit the place! Very fast service and super friendly staff! They have internal and external seats. We recommend you stop here when you are in the area and need a bite to eat.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and had no problems getting a table. The salads were great! Loved the fullness of blows and excellent portion size overall. I'd eat here again.

Do not have to break the bank to feed here. Stop for a quick bite and enjoyed some great pizza. Many adults are available. Can dine inside or outside.

Tried this place on a whim and we’re glad we did. The patio ambience is chill and the pizza was delicious. We got the pulled pork pizza. They have a lot of great local wine to choose from and it looks like Tuesday’s the have a great 50% off special!
