Contribuiți la feedbackI have the original Calzone with everything in it and it was DELISH! It was hot and perfect. My lunch time ate a Burger Sub and enjoyed it. The ambience was so beautiful and elegant and clean, and our server was so beautiful! would definitely go back. Fuego approved
Not busy. Monday night. 630p. Service was terrible. Had to ask for Ketchup three times before we got it. My party has not even delivered our orders together. (part of 5) Not counting, there were maybe 5 more ppl in the entire restaurant. The food was nothing to flee. For a $12 steak and cheese I didn't expect much, but I sure had more salad on it than anything else.
Very disappointed that it hair on my pizza after a long working day! I called to see if they would offer a refund or another pizza. I was told I had to bring the whole pizza back. My family had eaten the majority of pizza before I discovered the hair in my food. The shortest way to put it is that they do not offer other options very bad customer service, but I guess many more will continue to buy pizza where customer service is important. Very upset and wish they had better business.
I just called this restaurant for a delivery. Since I called a hotel. I have to pay with a credit card. Why is that? I'm not so happy. I don't use my credit card over the phone or for all delicacies. I'm not just because I used my credit card for things I didn't buy. Now my son is upset because he loves Sam's pizza. But that's okay. I'll never order them again.
My family and I have been eating from Sam?s(this location in particular) for 20yrs. We have never had any problems till here recently. The past 3x we have ordered we asked that they don?t burn the cheese(they would always fill our request) and they do just that and tell us it?s not burned and even looked in the computer to see it?s how we always ordered it but failed to do it as we requested. Our last straw was bringing a pizza back that had hair made in the pizza and the cheese pizza was dark brown ?burnt?..and because 2 slices were missing they refused to give us a new whole pizza. I didn?t want my 20 bucks I just simply wanted fresh pizza made how we asked. I decided to get the 10 back because that?s all the manager said he will refund. I didn?t put up a fight or argument because it wasn?t worth it but I do know good things don?t come out of treating genuine and loyal people wrong! What?s really sad is that the other employees even agreed that the cheese was pretty burnt but instead of standing up to their boss they just kept apologizing.
