Longhorn Steakhouse - Fredericksburg

I had one of the best hospitality experiences on Monday, September 25, 2023, at LongHorn Steakhouse. My husband had just undergone surgery and wanted to enjoy an early dinner.

The waiter was fantastic, and the food was cooked to perfection! However, we were disappointed that this Longhorn location didn't offer anything special for birthdays.

The waiter provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. We tried the filet mignon and salmon, both of which were fantastic. The Caesar salad was outstanding, featuring fresh lettuce and a wonderful dressing.

On June 17, we experienced the best service we’ve ever had. Ashanta was outstanding, and the level of customer service was exceptional. It’s the kind of service that makes us look forward to returning to LongHorn Steakhouse, especially if Ashanta is our server again. Keep up the great work, Ashanta! I also received a free dessert with candles for my birthday, which was a lovely touch.

I enjoyed the food immensely; the steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The broccoli was steamed just right, and the rice was delicious as well. I’ve never dined at a LongHorn before and was initially skeptical since it’s a chain, but I was genuinely impressed. The host was polite, and our server, Katie, was quick and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal.
