Super friendly service. I love that they make their matcha latte with pure matcha rather than a pre-sweetened mix, letting you sweeten it (or not) to taste. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of milk substitutes available for lattes.

Incredibly nice people here, and great food! I opted for a “lavender/espresso/lemonade” and I was warned by the workers that it wouldn’t be very good at all. They told me to taste it before I left and if I wanted something else then they would make it for free. Such an incredible business with great customer service! While my drink may not have been the best, my fiancée’s was and I would love to come back here sometime to taste another drink from their selection! Parking: There is some street parking available, but not much. There’s a free lot a few blocks away though, but sometimes that fills up during peak hours on the weekend.

Best chai I've had in forever. Their pastries are a delight you can't beat the gelato. I truly enjoy coming here. I always make extra time to stop by when I'm coming downtown. Parking: Street parking as most of downtown is but there is a garage close by.
