Emma Ollie - Fredericksburg

I spotted Emma Ollie here, so I called ahead to inquire about their vegan options. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to didn't seem to understand what vegan meant—she even suggested a grilled cheese. Given my serious food allergies, I asked her to check with the chef. They informed me that they don't have any vegan options and recommended that I try somewhere else. They were unwilling to accommodate my needs, so I'm left wondering when they changed chefs since the last review.

Although the menu tends to be on the pricey side and several of the vegetarian breakfast options could be improved by being made vegan, Emma and Ollie do not disappoint when it comes to offering a solid vegan-friendly breakfast.

We had a ladies' brunch here on a weekday morning, and aside from being a bit short-staffed, it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though the place was bustling, it felt calm and relaxing. Rebecca Rather's reputation certainly lives up to the hype, and you won't be disappointed!

This restaurant is fantastic! It's charming and incredibly welcoming. Everything is fresh and sourced locally. However, I feel like the prices are a bit off. That said, the food is outstanding. I ordered beignets to go, and they look amazing; I can't wait to try them later! Angie's breakfast bowl had a lovely presentation. Just a heads-up: the breakfast tacos are more like breakfast burritos! But they're delicious!

We had a fantastic breakfast that was definitely worth the price! Every aspect of our visit left us completely satisfied. The food tasted fresh and organic, the self-serve coffee was delightful, and the homemade pastries were delicious. Plus, the outdoor atmosphere was great. A big shoutout to the team for making our experience so memorable!
