Burgerim - Fredericksburg

Pretty good! we got a flyer in the post for $5 from a family box, so we ordered this. the wings were delicious and huge, the burgers were the perfect size, the chips and twill rings were delicious. the price was decent and the customer service was phenomenal. I recommend definitiw.

My fiance and I finally went together so I could finally try this burger joint. I was NOT disappointed! Absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food. I can say I finished my burger in record time lol. I felt great after eating my burger unlike many other burger restaurants . I will definitely be returning to this establishment as much as I can! Thank you DJ and crew for the most awesome experience I 've had in a very long time!

As a big fan of a good burger I've been excited to try Burgerim. I was not disappointed. I tried the Angus beef burger. It was good. They use their own house sauce which was good. They also have cajun fries which were good. They serve beer as well as the usual soft drinks and milkshakes. I thought the service was great. You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to your table.

Not a great first impression. It started off okay, the counter staff was friendly and helpful, but after that it all went down hill. Our orders were taken at 12:52, a burger, a salmon and a kid's meal. At 1:18 the burger and kids meal came out but they said the salmon wasn't ready so I asked for my sweet potato fries (which I had paid an upcharge for). The photo shows what I got. At 1:25 I got my salmon, which was cold and dry. I went to the counter and this time the manager got involved. He apologized and assured me it wouldn't take another 20 minutes to cook a fresh salmon for me. He was right, it only took 15 minutes this time. At 1:40 I started eating the sandwich I probably should have gotten by 1:00. We left at 1:55, having spent way too long in a fast food burger joint. I was really looking forward to eating here, but I don't think I'll make the same mistake again. To top it off, the food was okay, but not great. Not a great day for burger IM.
