Peru Inka - Frederick

I tried this place out yesterday. I must say that this place really is a gem. The service is impecable and the waitress and owner are really nice people and we had a great time. The food is incredible. I am very picky with my Peruvian food, having lived in Peru, and too many restaurants in the US just don't get it right. However, this place is spot on. I had the Pesto Spaghetti with steak (tallarines verdes) and my friend had the Anticuchos. These dishes were absolutely delicious. The Stuffed Potato I had for an appetizer was spot on and so flavorful with a perfect texture. I look forward to my next visit to try the Ceviche. Also, as I said earlier, the service is impeccable. Our waitress could not have been more friendly and accomodating. We were made to feel so welcomed and this is a rare feeling in so many restaurants now a days. I highly recommend this place!

This is the best Peruvian Restaurant in Frederick!! We got Seco de Res, Papa Rellena and Tallarines Verdes. What a surprise!! It has the real taste, from home. Being Peruvian, I can tell this food is excellent and owners staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.

Came for lunch, food was great! The lunch special prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I was very pleased with my meal. Will definitely go back again.

The food overall is the best tasting peruvian food around in frederick and gaithersburg. The staff are always happy to help you woth anything. The food is served hot and on time.
