We had an amazing meal with friendly, attentive, and professional service at Senia. The seafood soup for our appetizer was outstanding. The chimi with shredded beef is the best in Frederick! The Spanish menu was excellent, and the Mexican options were also impressive. The fajitas for two were a hit with our two 15-year-old boys. The sangria was delicious. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, everything was fantastic.

My wife and I dined here tonight, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as you step inside, the aroma of steak, shrimp, and lime hits you—it's simply divine. My only minor issue was that our steak and ground beef dishes were a bit overcooked, but the flavors were outstanding. The sides were fresh, and the homemade chips and salsa were delicious. The staff, despite being busy, were friendly and accommodating. Our drinks were expertly crafted, and I particularly enjoyed my double.

I walked in with an open mind, but I found the interior to be darker than I anticipated—it seemed like they were aiming for a romantic vibe. The staff was quite pushy about taking our order, which caught me off guard. When my niece and I went to use the restroom, we were really taken aback by the cleanliness, or lack thereof. I love this place! Excellent service from the time our party of 3 walked in on a busy Friday evening at 7 until our desserts were finished. And the food was perfect. I had Combination Saltada, Husband had Paella and friend had Seafood Soup. Fried Ice Cream, Chocolate Mousse and a third for Husband that I can't remember. All delicious!Highly recommend.

There are a lot of Mexican places in Frederick, and, over the years, this has been the one that I go to when I want to feel a little more like Mexican fine dining.
