Little Caesars Pizza - Frederick County

Extremely rude treatment by staff and area manager. We had only gone to Little Caesar’s for the promotional deal offered by T-Mobile Tuesdays with the crazy combo. Every time you use the app there’s an issue on Little Caesar’s end where the code is taken but doesn’t register on their system. We showed them the code but the area manager said rudely to my partner “we can’t give away free food. If everyone came in with a screenshot of the app and code everyone would ask for free food.” My partner was humiliated by your staff. We will be taking this further up. This is unacceptable behavior and debasing. Please train your employees better. And if you’re the owner. Please reconsider who you’re hiring. We will not be coming back here. Honor your deals, and execute basic human kindness. And basic IT may do you good.

I ordered a traditional Supreme pizza online, they show you a picture of what your ordering. When I picked up the pizza, I took it out to my car and opened the box and saw what appeared to be to be a thin crust pizza. I took it back in, and politely stated that I didn't order a thin crust. The gentleman then went back and got the other guy, when he came, I politely explained to him that I ordered a traditional Supreme Pizza but mine was more along the line of a thin crust. Then the first guy that I spoke with, who was in the back started running his mouth, saying that I always complain, but I have never been in that store complaining. Then words were exchanged, and I went to my car, then he came outside and told me to come around the back!! Mind you the second guy I spoke with was very polite, even though I do not agree with him, we didn't argue. The first guy was the confrontational one!!

For an inexpensive pizza they sure are good. Love this place for quick and low cost meals.

Moved to the area a couple months ago and was excited to try the pizza, as I grew up in Ohio and hadn’t had it since I was a teenager. The prices were really good and ordering on the app was easy. When I got there they couldn’t scan the barcode or get it to work to get the pizza out, not a big deal. I got home and the entire middle section of the pizza was completely raw. It was a real let down after only having good memories of Little Cesars. I’m afraid to give it a second chance, maybe I’ll try another location.

Generally we have to have them make our pizza when we get there and order the mostest pizza to get a decent pizza
