Reading the reviews here, I had quite high expectations, I have to admit. It is a nice place. It has a very nice outside area. Unfortunately, smoking there is allowed, which somehow does not fit with the healthy vibe of the cafe. The smokers sitting next to me actually made me leave as soon as I finished my food. I had a juice and a salad. The juice was really nice but warm. The salad was very pretty looking, tasty, a bit smaller than what I expected. Overall, it was nice but just that. I am in Frascati for 3 days, I am not sure I will go again.

What can I say. Fantastic salads. Combination of first class seasonal fruits and vegetables plus walnuts, almonds act... seeds. Beautiful to watch and so good to eat. Fresh pressed fruit juices. I've tested many and they are all a real delight. The price is just like the food: so good. 10 euros for a big salad a fresh pressed fruit juice and a coffee.

If you love raw vegan food, this is the right place.The chef is fantastic! A wide menu from breakfast to lunch.We really enjoyed all! Nice place and nice staff.
