Accademia - FRASCATI

This was one of our favorite restaurants in Florence we enjoyed both a light lunch and dinner here. The fish was one of my favorite dishes in all of Italy, I also enjoyed a wonderful shaved artichoke and Parmesan salad *not pictured I ate it to quick). The service was impeccable and both visits. This is a must stop while in Florence, the restaurant next door also had wonderful desserts but we just stoped there in our way back to the hotel and grab a few bites to go.

First time here, Sunday lunch for double celebration (mother’s day and birthday). I thought the reviews I read were too good to be true but it is all wonderful, warm welcome, attention to detail, delicious, genuine Roman cuisine, attentive and proactive service, happy to accommodate requests from our large group even if it was a busy day with various events taking place, we all felt very well looked after and the food was “al bacio “ from the starter to dessert and very well timed. A big thank you to all the staff at Accademia!

This is a wonderful place to go for dinner after visiting the accademia. It was a great end to the day. The service is what stood out the most. Our waiter was attentive and so friendly. We were a large group with teenagers and our waiter was patient and fun with the kids. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant is attached to the hotel we were staying in although I understand its independent of it. The service was excellent, the restaurant crowded but we had booked and chosen a table. The food was exactly what we wanted, the cuisine of Lazio and although I had no idea of the red wines of the area I was suggested three and recommended the cheapest of the three. That in itself would be rare but the decision was exactly right for the meal. A very good experience, as was the hotel. Well outside of town but with a car, a good choice.

We took 1 double cappuccino,1 double chocolate, 1 piece of cake,1 torta with fruits and 1 chocolate croissant and we paid 50euros!!!!!! Included service (7,23€ . Unfortunately I was in the toilet when my husband paid, otherwise........ probably because we are tourists. Thanks a lot!!!!!!
