More precisely, in the PGF, which has been run by Kathrin Hoffmann and Dominic Theobald since autumn 2015, this sympathetic “muscle” that is oscillating between French bistro cuisine and Palatinate regional food, called Pfälzer Freude faction. It was a warm Saturday evening in mid-July, on which we went to the neighboring wine village Rhodt under the Rietburg to the Villa Ludwigshöhe, located just outside, on the slope – King Ludwig the I. of Bavaria had here on the edge of the Haardt in the middle of the 19th century.
