Beach cafe - Frankston East

It is unusual to find a restaurant right on the water in Melbourne's eastern bayside suburbs. They tend to be over the road from the beach and separated by bushes from any coast view. But, the Beach Cafe at Seaford is very different. My pictures...show it is right on the beach with a great view of Seaford and pier from the tables. Sitting outside is not a major issue on an average winter's day because of the outdoor heaters. But it is warm and cosy inside behind glass. My chai latte was tasty and very hot great. Also I had the Apple and Caramel Crumble. While more pricey than other cafes (you pay for the water view), it was delicious. This is a relaxing restaurant cafe and I would recommend a visit followed by a walk along the pier.

Family run business. Chris runs the outside while his brother is the chef and runs the kitchen. Always consistently amazing experience. Seaford pier and beach right as you dine. Great for romantic lunches

We were a difficult bunch. Not mean, or demanding, but needing to be precise about our food requirements. And they nailed it. Two of us had massive food intolerances but thanks to an advance phone call to them, and their careful waitress, we received meals...that didn't hurt us. Staff were also very helpful when we kept adding to the order over time, to feed the chldren with us. Thank you for your consideration and the meals were lovely.

We initially stopped by for coffee and conversation, but ended up staying for lunch after seeing the delicious dishes being served to other tables. The food tasted great and the staff was very welcoming.

Regular customer, never abandoned, except by the observation of other males have a visit to the staff for invalid reasons. Then write reviews on the front, claim they won't be back. I heard her comments about writing a review and wanted to offer a different perspective. This facility produces wonderful food and is quite courteous, which actually gave them the changes they wanted. Please ignore customers who think to write bad reviews that address their bad tantrum behavior. One of the best spots with friendly owner staff, great food, long-term customers! It will always be!! Go Seaford beach cafe!!
