Drivers beware of this T/A workshop To begin with, the person at the counter is more arrogant than my former boss. 4 hrs!!!!! They took a while to change my tire!!!!!!!! 4 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not slow, they are lazy but super lazy. You are worth a damn to them, they are not interested in your time!!!!!!! I give them less than 5 stars

Night male cashier is slow. I take my wallet out and pull my lottery tickets out and hand them to him, he looks at them and say I can’t cash them after eleven. That’s fine but why did you not say anything while I was taking them out my wallet? Standing there watching me, just slow. Another time there was no bag ice, I had asked for a refund and he went out to check to see if it was no ice. Makes no sense, he need to come from behind that counter and do something else.

Why does pilot not give refills anymore when you fuel I just got 175 gallons of fuel but they don’t give free refills to drivers I don’t understand it they make you use the points to pay for it now loves is so much better

This Flying J never misses an opportunity to disappoint. This is listed as one of my company's fuel stops, but I swear their pumps are completely shut down more often than ANY truck stop.i gave ever seen!!! Also they have a hotbar for food and have the worst selection of any Flying J I've ever been to. This place literally defines Minimum Effort.
