Jimmy Johns - Franklin

What can I say? If I want Jimmy John, I want Jimmy John. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with any Jimmy John's, and this special location makes a great job.

Sandwiches are always fresh and very good and workers are very friendly.

Food is always good. It's cold food. There's no hot food I say because I have a family member asking what they have every time I had Jimmy John to eat. The interior and the drive are always fast. The app looks great and works great... However, every time I receive a pickup order for asap, it takes about 5 minutes for one we receive your order and 40 minutes to notify that the order is ready. I don't know what the discrepancy is before ordering in the window, but there's a difference. The only reason I always use the app is because it seems to be in this new app Sweet Spot trying to incentivize app that they give away free sandwiches after ordering.

Today was customer appreciation day at JJ from 4pm-8pmWe tried to go a few times around but the lines were too big.

Gotta agree with Noah on pretty much all points. Only one thing I can add, the day old bread IS MEAN!
