White Bison Coffee - Franklin

I Visit this white bison frequently along with the one on highway 96. Today I needed some coffee for a little afternoon pick me up. I waited at the counter for ten mins before a young girl walks out with her airpod in one ear talking on the phone. She never said anything to me. So I say hello and proceed to order. I order coffee and a breakfast sandwich since the sign says breakfast served all day. She shakes her head no at me. I ask if they serve breakfast all day and she just shakes her head again. I pay for my coffee which tasted like sugar water and decide to make the short drive to the highway 96 white bison where they very happy to take my order and treat everyone there is smiling and courteous. Never going back to that white bison on Carothers for anything, I’ll even fuel up elsewhere. I am in transportation and fill up every other day if not daily. I’ll take my business where it is appreciated.

Vegetarian options are available too; there are several dishes on the menu that cater to vegetarians, like avocado and egg toast. You can also customize your veggie sandwich to your liking—no tomatoes, extra lettuce, cream cheese, or even add an egg if you want. If you order a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant but want it without bacon, that's no problem! You have options for fried or plain egg whites, and various cheeses to choose from. The bakery has some great snacks as well, including a toasted caramel apple cookie and waffles! They offer pretzel and brioche buns too. I can’t remember everything on the menu, as I like to order different items each time I visit to try everything. As for dietary restrictions, I'm not sure about gluten-free options, but they do provide plenty of dairy alternatives for coffee and lots of sweetener choices, including sugar-free options. If you'd like a mocha without the whipped cream and drizzle, you can definitely get that. For kids, there are no caffeinated beverages, but they offer fruit smoothies, refreshers, and hot chocolate. If you're avoiding sugar, they have sugar-free options and honey! Regarding accessibility, there’s designated handicap parking right in front of the store, and the door is automatic. I haven’t tried the wheelchair mode on the made-to-order machine yet, but I plan to during my next visit. There’s a low bar where you can sit and enjoy your coffee while watching the barista at work. If you can’t reach the counter, an employee will gladly bring your order to you.

Katrina, the manager at store 6181, is fantastic. She is consistently friendly and helpful. The store is always kept clean, and she effortlessly manages the Bison coffee area and the front registers.
