Wendy's - Franklin

The service was friendly and attentive. However, the burger patties were quite thin and small; I remember Wendy's offering much thicker ones. The Coca-Cola from their drink machine was lacking, but the Dr Pepper was enjoyable. The dining area was clean. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3 out of 5.

The woman at the counter seemed very uninterested in her job. She complained repeatedly and made us wait for ten minutes while rolling her eyes and sighing in frustration. It was shocking to witness her behavior while she was supposed to be working. Additionally, her window wasn't fully closed, so we overheard everything while our food got cold and hard. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

This review is dedicated to the one and only Janet, the real MVP! She's always bustling around, yet she treats me with such kindness every time I visit. She remembers my order perfectly and never forgets the mayo and ketchup for my breakfast wedges. Wendy's, you should really treasure this amazing lady—she’s incredibly special and knows her stuff! Janet, thank you for consistently making my experience a five-star one!

Appreciated that my food was made fresh even if I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked. I love the breakfast! Just wished company would add one back to west Franklin. Until then, will drive to east Franklin

Ordered a pecan apple salad and it was missing the blue cheese crumbles. I called 9 times to ask if I could come back to pick some up. They never answered. Then I called corporate and spoke with a nice girl who said she would credit me. I sent my husband to get us lunch and use the credit. The manager had no idea of anything. It was a dumpster fire. We did not get our lunch and we will never go to Wendy's again.
