Sakura Japanese Rest Sushi - Franklin

We typically take the food to go and so this review is for to go orders. Over all typically the wait time runs a little longer (15 mins) than the time you get quoted after placing the order. Not a big deal to wait but realize it happens often and yes they are a small shop that is quite busy. The food is awesome!! The sushi is top notch and I really never have any issues. I really love their lunch special!! Stop in and get the best sushi in Franklin

I’ve been a regular at Sakura for many years now. I’ve had sushi all over Nashville at both inexpensive and expensive places. No place, and I mean NO PLACE tops Sakura! It’s easily the best sushi in town. The owners Jun Janice are the kindest, sweetest people who treat customers as friends and know how to run an amazing business. If you have a chance to go there, their lunch special cannot be beat! And their Thai menu is just as amazing as the sushi! 10/10 recommend!

I discovered this place today and it is a true hidden gem! We were going to sit in and eat, but realized we were running out of time on our lunch break so asked if we could change our order to a to-go order. They were so kind and understanding! Even though we weren’t here long, i was really impressed with the decorations, music, bar, and staff! The picture with two rolls shows the crunch roll and Boston roll. The sushi has a generous fish to rice ratio. Sakura is affordable. I got two rolls with miso soup for $9.99 (lunch special). Thanks for running a great place, and I’ll be back.

My 'go to ' place for Pho! They have hands down the best. The staff is so pleasant and efficient. The sushi is fresh and tasty as well. The dining room is small, but take out is just as good
