PF Chang's Cool Springs - Franklin

We were quickly seated with our reservation, but the service was just okay. It seemed like our server was juggling multiple tables. The food arrived promptly after we ordered, but the overall experience could have been better.

I found it to be overpriced for the quality of food.

The wait staff was on their game but bar service was very slow … only one bartender! It being Valentine Day they did their best! We were provided with a complimentary appetizer due to meal delivery error… I still love PF Chang!

The food is always delicious at P.f. Chang's. This is a very good location, our first time here. The waiter was very attentive. We have plans to go back soon.

Great server food was off Kung Palo chicken without peanuts the whole reason we like that dish chocolate cake tastes like cardboard dense and old not fresh. Waiter was fantastic.
