Pepper Terrace Thai Cuisine - Franklin

I ordered the pad see ew, but it was ewwwww (pun intended). The dish tasted like it was days old—stale and lacking any of the vibrant flavors you expect from Thai food. The sauce was bland and didn 't have the balance of sweet, salty, and tangy that makes pad see ew enjoyable. I am vegetarian and the dish smelled like it was made in the same utensil as chicken or beef. It was a letdown and definitely not worth the money. I won 't be coming back. Thai is my all time favourite cuisine but the food at this place was a huge disappointment.

I have to admit I was quite let down by the food at this restaurant, which is surprising since I usually enjoy a wide variety of cuisines. While the atmosphere and the server were pleasant, the most important aspect— the food—was lacking. The drunken noodles had a burnt smell and lacked flavor. The prices are high, which would be acceptable if the food had been good, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. I definitely won't be returning.

I’ve NEVER left a bad review for a Resteraunt in my life. This was by far the worst meal me and my family have ever had in our life. Duck brought to the table completely frozen. Salmon that was raw and tasted rotten. Everything was awful. Including the service. Please don’t waste your money.

Ordered to go Tom Kar soup.... just paid 15 dollars for a 32 Oz of soup. I got a container only 2/3 full and only 2 shrimp with raw veggies thrown in. The smell alone was off. I'm so angry. I can't understand the 4 star review. This place is overpriced garbage.

We stopped for gas off the highway and came across this restaurant while turning around. We ordered chicken satay, crab rangoons, and an Imperial noodle dish. Everything was fantastic, and the noodles had just the right level of spice for my taste. I enjoyed it all with an unsweetened Thai iced tea. I highly recommend this place!
