I've never had a bad experience! Love this place. The club the Italian sub are my favorite. The cheesesteak is really good as well. I don't recommend the fries because they're almost always soggy, but that's a penn station problem, not this location.
Franklin facility is great and the people were great
I stopped for three of us. Service was fast and efficient, they even brought my chips to me when I left them on the counter. They could be more friendly, but they were busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had a little reub, Kristin had a cheese steak and Meredith had turkey and provolone. The sandwiches were served pretty fast. If you are looking for a quick bite, the little one makes a nice snack, but only a big one will satisfy only a big hungry guy. The freshly cut frits were cooked to perfection hot and delicious. The bread is dense, like a fried yeastball, and the meat needs more spices. Not the best, but not the worst. If you found this review helpful, please click how.
So tonight I decided to try something new at Penn Station. I only had a reuben or cheese steak sandwich before. So I saw the Dagwood and thought all these meats sound good. So I ordered a grilled Dagwood with Mayo and Mustard. The nice young man behind the counter verified that I only wanted Mayo and Senf. My families eat slowly, a sandwich at a time. Mine's 5 minutes. Deep and see, it is a bungalow with only Mayo and mustard. I asked if he really thought I paid $9.49 for a bungalow with Mayo and Senf, yes, he said. To his credit, they made it new with all the meat, as I thought it came.
