Mcdonald's - Franklin

These ladies have it going on!!! (Not discounting the gentlemen, I've only been during lunch hours and saw the ladies. Fast, friendly, and don't play around!!! Love it!!! Good job at picking your employees!

I have traveled all through this country. The most surprising thing I find is how d dramatically different McDonald's can be. The crazy thing is the quality doesn't seem to be connected to location environment or even financial prosperity of the local city. I've been to deep City ghettos with McDonald's was run with class and cleanliness. I've been to high-end suburbs of Nashville and Atlanta and Chicago and St Louis where the food was cold and stale and dirty. So it has led me to believe that the number one reason why one McDonald's is fun and enjoyable to dine at and the other is a chore has to do with management and the franchisee and not with the location or the environment. Which makes me sad that here in Pulaski which is supposed to be a retirement community a place to raise your children and a place to belong this McDonald's is a prior and an embarrassment to the community. The food is cold frequently wrong the restaurant is dirty the employees are all obviously mistreated based on the way they treat their customers. There's something about having a treat day with your family with your little kids where you go get Happy Meals and have a little treat for yourself and yet we have to reserve that as a family for when we're out of town because we will not eat at this place anymore. If the franchisee is reading this you should really be ashamed at what you are presenting this community. You have all the resources and all the opportunities. McDonald's as a company can actually be a positive influence in the little communities it's in this is not one of those. This particular franchise is a parasite and a burden to Pulaski. Shame.

We drive thru this location for quick bites, and today, it was for ice cream and a happy meal. The ice cream machine was not broken today. The drive thru is super fast here. Nice high-tech menu and ordering verification screen. Very bright. Two lanes for cars, too. The staff can be a bit distant, but that is because they have 1000 customers a minute here. Parking is decent, but watch out fur people trying to back into the drive thru to avoid having to circle around the building. Quick grab for the meal, little time spent waiting, and always good food. McDonald's is good, and this location is no exception. We'll be back.

Very clean restaurant. They have self service ordering or one open register. The order taker was very nice and helpful. We both had difficulty understanding each other due to different nationalities and inflections. But a very nice place to get accurate, hot food. I was very happy with the service.

Ordered a medium sprite, medium Dr Pepper, and a small coffee. Was sent to reserve wait for simplest order ever. 7 minutes in reserve wait with no employees bringing me anything. Do better guys.
