Kfc - Franklin

The man and woman working today 6/27/23 they were so nice provided really great service and the food was wonderful they deserve raises this is the best service I have gotten in a very long time ; I want to Thank them both for being so nice and such amazing people the world needs more people like them :

The walls are all dirty and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was NOT spicy. the cup was cool though so that adds a star. Definitely recommend you get the sweet lightning moutain dew mmm.

We love KFC Typically. But in Franklin TN. it is always hit or miss. The service is terrible at this location indifferent employees and incompetent. They totally screwed up our order. Should have checked....shame on me but shame on KFC to allow this location to continue to operate as it does. Time to make a change...drain the chicken coup.

I went to this KFC I bought 12 pieces of chicken I took it home and it looked like they breaded it in dirt. That's how black the oil was. not clean oil it tasted awful my kids would not eat it I ended up throwing away four pieces of chicken. I called the KFC told them about the chicken and the guy tells me oh well, there is some chicken here and it looks good. and I said so then why did you give me the chicken that was awful why didn't you give me the good oil chicken. I boxed it up I brought it to them. The mgr lady she's not willing to refund me what I paid for she said well you only brought back 6 so I can refund you 8 so I'm telling this lady that I bought 12 she's like well you only brought me back 6. I said right because the other chicken ended up in the garbage. I feel very ripped off I think it's terrible customer service, they need to clean their oil. Think twice before going here if their oil is dirty their store in the kitchen is dirty. I will never go back to this store. ZAXBYS had better fries and tenders. It's ashame when these ppl put profit in front of people. Think twice people of franklin

I ordered the chicken nuggets and I will never order them again, $7-$8 for 12 chicken popper size pieces, very disappointed in the size of the nuggets, KFC DO BETTER!
