I've ordered takeout from this restaurant twice, several months apart, and both times I ended up waiting about an hour after I arrived, which means it took about 1.5 hours from the time I placed my order. I consider myself a fairly patient person, but experiencing this twice at completely different times is frustrating. I swear they advertised opening at 11 AM, but it seemed like the cooks didn’t show up until noon. I waited so long that I actually lost my appetite for the food. On the bright side, they did give me a 50% discount and a free beer, which was a nice gesture. The waitress was fantastic—almost to the point where I feel bad for her, as it seems like a tough place to work. While she was great, I wonder if the restaurant is better in the evening. Just be cautious if you're planning to go there for lunch when they first open.
