I love this place. Friendly staff do beautiful latte art on perfect lattes! The smoothies are great, too.

The atmosphere was beautiful and gave me all the feels. I was really excited about having coffee here. The staff wasn't very friendly and got our order wrong. They acted like it was our fault they got it wrong, so we just drank what they made for us. Even though my drink was wrong it was still good, so that was positive. It also took 20 minutes to make two drinks. I thought maybe they forgot about us. Wasn't a good experience overall. Probably won't go back.

Got a Cuban latte with oat milk. Folks at the register were very inviting and manager walked up and asked me how I was! Feels like a very inviting atmosphere! Great place to come read my book

Really nice coffee shop with a small selection of baked goods to accompany coffee and tea. Staff are very friendly. Service is quick. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The chai tea latte extra hot with coconut almond milk is so delicious. My husband recommends the scones and mocha.

Been here a few times and it’s pretty good. The latte and cappuccino are 4/5 stars but the iced americano is probably a 2/5 because it’s pretty sour and there are no prominent tasting notes. Probably the best coffee in Franklin
