I had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I can't wait to return, but make sure to arrive early to avoid any parking or seating issues due to the rush. Service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great. I visit this restaurant frequently and have noticed a change in the chicken salad pita. I am not a fan of the new version. I hope they go back to the original dish so that I can continue to dine here! The service is good and I typically come for lunch, spending around $20-30 per person.

We waited for nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive at the table, and no one apologized for the delay. It seemed like the customers weren't valued. The food was rated a 5, while the service received a 1 and the atmosphere a 2.

So disappointed that they have changed their chicken salad recipe. Not nearly as tasty and it was watery. So bummed as I used to come here for this meal Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This place has been steadily declining and tonight reached an ultimately low. We eat here fairly regularly because of gluten and dairy allergies and generally clean diets. Every time we order we make it VERY clear using exclamation points and all caps to indicate allergies. I get almost halfway into my meal when I notice a funny taste. I look and one of the burger patties is covered in cheese. I have a severe lactose intolerance and an autoimmune disease which is triggered by dairy. It will take months before my antibodies will come down which means my body will attack my organ for months because of this. That's not a minor mistake. I will only be violently sick tonight but this mistake will cause my thyroid permanent damage. If you have allergies, you are NOT safe eating here. I called up to the store to let them know and the manager told me she was very sorry and would refund the burger. I believe that she was genuinely sorry but I'm not sure she understood how serious it is to be served something with an allergen that you've clearly told them not to use. Some allergies are life threatening and even for those of us who might not die from it, we will still suffer. We are likely to try eating at HM again but we will never blindly trust them with the allergens again and will thoroughly check our orders before consuming them. The first time I had a Messy burger it was the best burger I've ever had. They keep changing things though and I have been unimpressed many times in the last 6 months 8 months.
