Health Sushi - Franklin

Favorite place for sushi in franklin. Always quality ingredients and delicious!

It was just okay. Not great, not terrible, just okay.The service was kind of slow; we had to flag them down a few times. A little slack is given because they were the only server.The food wasn't as flavorful or as fresh tasting as expected. The freshest thing I had was the cucumber sake.It really was underwhelming and I hate that that's all I can think to say, but it is what it is.

I have been going here for about a year and most times it is ok but sometimes the fish on the rolls is paper thin. I went yesterday for lunch and I had a rainbow roll. 90% was avocado and what fish was on it was so thin you could see through it and was so thin I could not even taste it. For what they charge, they should give you fish thicker than tissue paper. Ii don’t know how you could possibly cut it so thin!

Sushi was delicious! Start with the miso soup and hot tea. The music added to the ambiance.

Nothing fancy inside, but always great service. Very fresh and unique sushi rolls, poke bowls and soup.
